What’s Included in 3 day – 2 night hunt:

- Guide fee is included in price of the hunt. Tips are always appreciated.
Things to note:
- Lost or Injured deer is same as a harvested ( No refund)
- $400.00 Penalty for less then age deer.
- Special Request please see the rancher.
- AT&T is the only carrier with signal on the ranch
General Information
- Check-In time is 2:00 PM CST and check-out times are 11:00 AM CST
- Hunts require a $800.00 deposit before October 1st.
- All deposits are refundable. If you have to cancel for any reason, please notify us within fifteen (15) days before date of hunt- Deposit will be refunded or applied to another hunt.
- Non hunters are welcome at the ranch. The daily fee is $250.00 / day which includes lodging and meals
- All hunters are required to have a current Texas hunter license or non – resident hunting license including migratory tag for dove hunting. Proof of license must be presented at check-in.
- Scoring for white tail deer will be performed by using the Boone & Crockett scoring method.
- Rifle and pistol range is on site. All hunters must target shoot their firearm to confirm the rifle is correctly sighted prior to the start of the hunt.
- Full payment of the hunt is due prior to check-out.
- Wounded deer that are not found , will be considered a kill. We will assist you in every way to locate the wounded animal.
- Balance for your booking is due at check -in. Fees for your deer harvest will be due at check-out.
- A liability waiver is required to be acknowledged and signed at check-in
- Hunter(s) will be responsible for damages to ranch property or lost lodging items. Check-in and check-out review will be done by ranch representative and the guest(s) to agree on the conditions prior to use. If losses are found, recovery costs must be made prior to departure.
